Bill Jordan – Business Experience
- Having graduated in 1976 Bill started his business management career progressing to Managing Director of Peerless Plastics Ltd (an injection moulding company with 50 employees and t.o.of £1.5m) in 1984.
- Responsible for the restructuring and re-branding of the company and its parent group of companies in 1988. Successfully amalgamated and relocated the businesses in 1992.
- Chief Executive for a Group of 3 companies, printing and moulding, from 2001 which involved divestment, acquisition, restructuring, business recovery and profit growth. Businesses sold in 2006 & 7.
- Commenced with Kickstart Business Development Ltd as a consultancy business in 2008.
- Extensive business experience and formal training including negotiation skills, people management, marketing and production techniques enhanced with the membership of the Academy of Chief Executives and the Midland Leadership Group. Over 25 years of experience in profitably managing medium sized family owned businesses through “boom & bust” cycles.
- Trained and accredited as an Alchemy Network Business Development Consultant using Alchemy methodologies in 2008. Enhanced the range of skills with training and a license with IRUN Solutions Ltd in March 2009 thus further strengthening the portfolio of sales and marketing techniques to assist businesses to profitably grow.
